2026 NC State Football Media Credential Request Form
Those requesting media credentials to cover NC State Football for the 2026 season should complete the form below in detail. Please fill out the form for each representative of your outlet needing a credential. Due to space limitations and other factors, we may not be able to approve your request(s).

*Note: If you do not provide a FedEx number, you will need to pick up your credential at media will call on game day.*
