Why is the parking process for Men's Basketball changing?
This parking model falls in line with the parking setup for all other events at Lenovo Center. Opening up the lots will allow for expedited ingress and get you into the building faster. In addition to improved ingress, with the upcoming Lenovo Center upgrades and improvements to the surrounding property, various parking lots may be impacted during the season. This model will allow maximum flexibility with parking for NC State Men’s Basketball games.
Are there other parking options available besides General Parking?
Yes! When purchasing/renewing your season tickets and general parking pass, you will have the opportunity to request upgrades to Premier or PG parking lots. Upgraded parking passes will be fulfilled based on Wolfpack Club priority rank at the priority deadline date of Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
Will I select my parking lot during my selection time like previous years?
No, when you place your season order, you will be ordering a General pass. If you would like to request an upgraded area, you may do so when placing your order. Upgrade requests will be fulfilled based on Wolfpack Club priority rank. Should an upgrade be fulfilled, the difference would be charged at that time or added to your payment plan.
Am I able to pick what lot I park in each game?
While the area that you park in will be the same each game, the specific lot you park in may vary as parking attendants will direct you into a location based on when you arrive and how you enter the parking area.
Could there be any adjustments to parking lots due to construction during the season?
Yes, while plans are not fully finalized, construction around the arena may impact the layout of the arena parking lots during the season. All changes will be communicated out via email once they are known.
Will I still receive a physical parking hangtag?
No, new for 2024-25, you will now have a mobile parking pass to download into your phone’s wallet, just like your mobile tickets. Similar to other Lenovo Center events, mobile parking passes will be scanned upon entry into your parking lot.
Will I be able to transfer my parking pass to someone else like I can do with my tickets?
Yes, you can transfer your mobile parking pass from your GoPack App.
Am I able to request my parking pass be in the ADA/Accessible lot?
For ADA parking, you will only need a men's basketball parking pass and your valid ADA placard. When you arrive, make sure to have your ADA placard displayed, then after the parking attendend scans your men's basketball parking pass, you will be directed to the ADA lot.
